Robert Hunter Is Back With A New Inspiring Single, “Permanent”

Freshly released this month, “Permanent” is for those who are not feeling that great with their lives.

Bestselling author Robert Hunter says, “If you’re lost, don’t be ashamed, we all lose our way. It’s gonna be ok. It’s not permanent.” His newest project, “Permanent,” has no healing properties, but it will help you realize that there’s much you can do in your life, even if everything seems to be lost.

The COVID-19 pandemic awoke people’s talents and minds in different ways. For Hunter, it gave him hope when Lauryn Hawkins – his friend’s daughter – started the Danville Area Highschool SPM (Students Preserving Mental Health), aiming to help take away stigmas associated with mental health and to provide those with mental issues with advice and proper support.

Hunter’s lyricism grants the song a feeling of hope and understanding. It comes naturally as Hunter is a novelist, which adds to some kind of a storytelling property in his music.

The simple but solid rhythm section provides a great balance for Hunter’s lyrics to float on. It is right at the beginning of the song that one can feel its energy. The first thing we get to hear Hunter say is, “Just take a breath and hold it in.” Indeed a message of positivity.

The first thing we get to hear Hunter say is, “Just take a breath and hold it in.” Taking a breath is to take life into our lungs. Hunter is telling us to live to listen to what he has to say. A message of positivity.

Hunter is hopeful, indeed, that listeners will support “Permanent.” He says, “I’m so thankful for all of the amazing people supporting this song, but let’s not forget the ones who need the support. Life gets crazy, but it’s not permanent. We need to remind each other of that. I’m not asking people to share this song for streams. I’m asking them to share it because I hope it might help someone.”

Listen to Robert Hunter’s new single, “Permanent.” And don’t forget to share it with your loved ones.
